Fully Inclusive 10 Years
Our guarantee is valid for the following services provided by TasksGrid:
- Drain lining
- Drain installation
- Drain network repair
- Drain replacement
* Guarantee only applies to a network or system TasksGrid has carried out work on.
Exclusions & Limitations
The guarantee covers product failure or malfunction but excludes damage due to normal wear and tear, improper use/maintenance, accidents, negligence, or environmental factors (natural disasters, fires, floods).
Specific Exclusions:
- • Soak-aways (if root cause is natural e.g., silt/root compression)
- • General blockages
- • Fat/Scale/Residue build-up in networks
- • Natural causes of Fat/Scale/Residue build-up
Limitation of Liability
In the event of a product failure or malfunction, the Guarantee provider is not liable for any damages that may occur, including property damage due to accidents or negligence by anyone other than TasksGrid.
Owner's Obligations
The Owner must comply with obligations including maintaining proper care/use, reporting issues on time, and providing access for repairs.
Consequential Damages
TasksGrid is not liable for consequential/incidental damages resulting from consumer or other contractor services, including damages from other contractors' work.
