The Smart Alternative to Excavation
Traditional drain repair often meant ripping up driveways, gardens, or floors to replace a broken pipe. Structural Drain Lining (CIPP) changes that. By inserting a resin-impregnated sleeve into the existing pipe and curing it, we create a new, seamless pipe-within-a-pipe that is often stronger than the original.
- Cheaper than excavation
- Completed in hours, not days
- Minimal disruption to property
- Increases hydraulic flow
- 50-year design life
- Seals against root intrusion
How CIPP Lining Works
Clean & Survey
The drain is high-pressure jetted to remove debris, layout is mapped via CCTV, and the liner is measured to size.
Install Liner
The resin-soaked liner is inverted into the pipe using air or water pressure, pressing it firmly against the pipe walls.
Cure & Validate
The resin cures (hardens) within hours. A final CCTV survey confirms the new pipe is smooth, sealed, and ready for use.

Full Length Lining
Ideal for pipes with multiple defects, extensive cracks, or rough joints along the entire run. Reline the whole system from manhole to manhole for a complete renewal.
Patch Repairs
Cost-effective for single isolated defects. If there is just one crack or hole, we can install a structural patch (usually 1 meter long) exactly where it's needed.
12-Year Manufacturer Guarantee
We use industry-leading resins and liners. Once installed, our liners are certified to last for over 50 years, and come with a comprehensive guarantee for your peace of mind.
