1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and TasksGrid (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the TasksGrid website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).

2. Service Provision

TasksGrid operates a network of independent drainage contractors. While we vetted all engineers on our platform:

• We act as an intermediary agency connecting you with local service providers.
• Acceptance of a booking constitutes a contract between you and the Service Provider.
• We guarantee the quality of workmanship for 12 months from completion.

3. Fees and Payment

Payments are processed securely through our platform. Fixed price quotes provided online are subject to site inspection. If the nature of the work is different from what was described, the engineer will provide a revised quote before commencing work.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your booking up to 2 hours before the scheduled arrival time without charge. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled arrival time may incur a cancellation fee.

5. Liability

Nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
